(Jointly referred to as the \u201c<strong>Founding Shareholders<\/strong>\u201d).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>The Praxley Group includes Praxley Private Equity, an established Private Equity business which has invested in some 32 companies across various industries in South Africa. Some of these industries include Engineering &amp; Manufacturing, Rubber Compounding, Transport &amp; Logistics, Freight Forwarding &amp; Clearing, Media, Information Technology and Financial Services.\u00a0<\/p><p>In 2023, Praxley acquired a Wealth Management business and is able to provide wealth management solutions to Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals via a separate legal entity with its own FSCA license.<\/p><p>In addition to traditional corporate finance advisory, Praxley is involved in debt and equity raising initiatives, corporate restructuring and related activities.\u00a0 Such activities include Strategic Disposals, Acquisitions, Turnarounds, Corporate Restructuring of distressed entities, Capital Raising, Debt Raising and the introduction of new shareholders and\/or BEE shareholders.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Since inception in 2003, Praxley Private Equity has made equity investments totalling some R600 million and has been successful in
